1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jetbuzx website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "the User", "the Player") and jetbuzx ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or engaging with any feature of the jetbuzx service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

jetbuzx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the jetbuzx Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access by persons under 18 is strictly forbidden, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jetbuzx or any gambling operator that covers the jetbuzx Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a jetbuzx employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

jetbuzx takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. This may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Access to deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions may be suspended pending verification. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jetbuzx Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Only one account is permitted per individual. jetbuzx defines "individual" by reference to name, date of birth, residential address, payment method, device fingerprint, and IP address. Attempting to create or operate more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. jetbuzx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify jetbuzx immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jetbuzx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

jetbuzx may offer two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to eligible accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this feature. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from an additional layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jetbuzx operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point we deem necessary, we may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport for identity verification
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter issued within the last three months for address verification
• A screenshot or transaction record confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jetbuzx reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jetbuzx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your jetbuzx account in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. jetbuzx does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — please consult your provider's terms before transacting.

All deposited funds must be your own. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method that is not registered in your name, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jetbuzx does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: typically within 15 minutes of approval during business hours; maximum 24 hours
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution

jetbuzx reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers to be unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Withdrawals will not be processed on funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The jetbuzx Platform must not be used as a payment processing service or money transfer mechanism. Any account found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or found to be transacting on behalf of third parties, will be suspended and the matter referred for investigation. jetbuzx maintains full records of all transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jetbuzx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these General Terms.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are non-withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following default wagering conditions apply:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the promotion terms page.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active on your account. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jetbuzx monitors bonus usage patterns. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, making low-risk bets that constitute "bonus hedging", or participating in any coordinated effort to extract value from bonus offers without genuine gaming intent. jetbuzx reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

As a registered user of the jetbuzx Platform, you agree to use the service solely for its intended purpose — legitimate personal entertainment — and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jetbuzx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform, including games, betting markets, and promotions
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures
• Colluding with other players in live games, sports betting, or any other competitive format on the Platform
• Using the Platform to launder money, process payments for third parties, or conduct any transaction in connection with illegal activity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software — any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will not be paid out
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward jetbuzx staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions

6.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of another user engaging in prohibited conduct, or if you identify a technical error or vulnerability on the Platform, you are requested to report this to the jetbuzx support team promptly. Reports made in good faith will be treated confidentially. Attempting to exploit a vulnerability rather than reporting it will be treated as prohibited conduct.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jetbuzx Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, code, databases, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of jetbuzx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jetbuzx
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use jetbuzx branding, trademarks, or trade dress in any context not expressly authorised by jetbuzx
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application

Any unauthorised use of jetbuzx intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your jetbuzx account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please inform the support team of this reason when making your request so that appropriate protections can be applied. Self-excluded accounts are not eligible for re-registration within the exclusion period.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by jetbuzx

jetbuzx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or connection to criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same individual
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
• Requirement to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed by jetbuzx due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where jetbuzx closes an account for reasons unrelated to user misconduct (for example, a decision to cease operations in a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user within 30 days.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jetbuzx will notify you by email before applying any dormancy policy to your account. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee, details of which will be communicated in the dormancy notification email. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.
